Known for her loyal clientele, she has not only kept up with changing trends but helped shape them, so the client feels at their absolute best!
Nicky
DIRECTOR
Joining the Headmaster’s family in 1985, Nicky is celebrating her 40 years at Headmasters. Loving every minute of being in this beautiful industry where she has made many friends and lifelong companions, she is also one of the most dedicated members of the team. With a large client base, she likes to keep busy but tries to always find time for new challenges with training and education. Creativity is key to all she does along with being one of the colour me beautiful team where she can advise on colour choices for hair, clothing and makeup.
Rebecca

Specialising in colour, colour correction, curly & long hair, Rebecca has 28 years of experience in all aspects of hairdressing. Her passion for education, training & creativity has not only seen her educate the salon team but also train stylists all over the UK & Europe. With every client that sits in Rebecca’s chair, there is an opportunity for her to create something beautiful, boost confidence, and make someone’s day a little brighter. Over the years, Rebecca has worked with a wide range of styles, textures, and trends, always staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques. Whether it’s a fresh cut, a bold colour transformation, or simply helping someone feel more like themselves.
Cass
SENIOR STYLIST
Specialising in cutting, dressing & colouring, Cass began her career at Headmasters in 2009 & prides herself in ensuring that all of her clients leave feeling at the best versions of herself. Whilst also being a creative stylist within the hair industry she also strives in the beauty industry ranging from pedicures, manicures, eyes, lashes and brows.
Sam
SENIOR STYLIST
Joining the team as an apprentice in 2013, Sam’s enthusiasm & passion for the industry has seen him grow & develop, allowing him to specialise in colour, colour correction, balayage & cutting. With a love for everything he does, Sam ensure that every colour, cut & style is personalised to each client, creating a bespoke, beautiful look enhancing individual features.
Natalie

Natalie began her beauty career at Headmasters in 2003 & with over 22 years of experience, she takes absolute pride in ensuring her clients look & feel fantastic after every visit. Natalie loves all aspects of the industry with a specialist focus on problematic skin, anti-ageing facials & body treatments.
Amy
SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST
Joining the team in 2005 Amy is passionate about all aspects of Beauty Therapy & loves the wide range of treatments that she is able to offer. Amy prides herself in offering outstanding customer service alongside fabulous treatments. Her 20 years of experience allows her to specialise in face & body treatments, lash extensions & CACI facials.
Louie
BEAUTY THERAPIST
Louie joined the team in 2020 as a salon assistant after completing her A-levels, Louie decided that the beauty industry was the career path for her. Gaining her Beauty Professional qualification in 2024, Louie enjoys all aspects of her career, especially makeup, nails & facial treatments.
Amelia
APPRENTICE HAIRDRESSER
Amelia is our enthusiastic apprentice who has successfully completed her Level 2 Hairdressing qualification and is currently training to become a fully qualified hairdresser. Amelia is learning new skills throughout her days of working at the salon including cuts, blow dries, colour techniques and client care. Amelia has a keen eye for the industry and also a passion for learning. After successfully completing her introduction to hairdressing Amelia has joined the team as our 2025 apprentice. Appointments are available with Amelia at discounted prices for blow dries, children’s cuts throughout the week. Colouring and other technical work available during our training sessions with our education team.
